Recruiting companies can now view all the knowledge, experience, personal insight and approach to business you demonstrate via the Uu© 'Uniquely u' form and supplementary details.
Thereafter you have full access to you personal management suite, offering real time updates on who is viewing your information, what they are doing with it and have they requested contact details. Obviously using your unique password you can also update and adjust your profile as often as you wish.
When a company has read your Uu© 'Uniquely u' form and shows interest in your potential fit, they will request your further details via The Connection Club team. adjust your profile as often as you wish.
Once we have supplied the details they are free to contact you directly. Establishing a dialogue that will hopefully lead to a mutually rewarding new business relationship.
Remember, with the information you provide they will already have a good insight into how you will fit into their organisation, based on more than just your technical skills and experience.
